Let it Snow!

Im letting it snow with critters today! I certainly have enough Etsy orders to do so!

These little guys are more definitely my Christmas card for this year!

The snow is flour and glitter mixed together;-) I had way to much fun setting up this scene. I even hung the little crochet snowflakes I made over them, so it would look like it was actually snowing on this little trio!

They are just barely visible-a little blurry, but there!

Snowflake Critters

I just finished making so many little snowflake ornaments to be sent out with my holiday mailer, I'll share a picture of my card soon-but I wouldn't have been able to make so many if it weren't for my little North Pole critters cheering me on!

💙 for my penguin and polar bear critters.

If you love them, you can find them in my Etsy store as a part of my zoo critter set!

Resobox

Tonight is the New York exhibition at Resobox for Amigurumi from all over the world!

I was fortunate enough to be asked by Resobox to submit over 50 pieces to be exhibited for sale!

So if you're in the NY area, check it out! There would be so many great Christmas gifts there!

If you're not in the area, don't despair! There is always my Etsy shop! ;-)

Winter Wonderland

I'm in the midst of finishing up all my holiday mailers, so there are a bunch of little snowflakes all around me!

I figured I should enjoy them all for just a little bit before they're shipped off. So my fox and bunny stuffties are taking a moment to walk around and appreciate them.

Walking through a winter wonderland-la la la!

I actually came up with the patterns for these two characters last winter around this time, so it's nice that I still have the original stuffties here to enjoy my new snowflake patterns!

Squirrel Pillow

I have been a crafting machine these days with the approach of Christmas! My Etsy store has been quite busy, which is always a good problem to have.

With everything I need to crochet and sew, I love it when an order comes in for something I already have made. Fortunately, these cutie squirrel pillows have been a favorite & I'm off to ship a few of them out now!

I only have the squirrel's little foxy pillow friend left, so I wonder if anyone will adopt him as well!

Decorating

Those of us who get a Christmas tree every year most certainly delight in decorating it!

I just have a little fake tree while I'm enjoying apartment life in SF, but it is still just as much fun to put ornaments and lights on it.

Last night, I just happened did to come across some little critters putting some extra ornaments on the tree! These crochet snowflake ornaments are so sweet that I think I'll have to make one for everyone this year!

Holidays

The holidays are so festive & it has been so much fun decorating!

This was my holiday card from last year & these little critters decorating this tree certainly remind me of myself and everyone around me.

The best part is seeing all the lights and everyone's trees in their windows:-)

It's time to start addressing my Christmas cards for this year!

Ready? Set, Snow!

I was looking through some of my old posts and came across this one from last year. I fell in love with it all over again.

I definitely need to make more of these little guys, but I think I want to also focus on the adorable little snowflake patterns I drew in the background.

I think they could be great inspiration for some snowflake Christmas ornaments.

Chirp Chirp

Here are some miniature bird keychains!

These guys started out as a gift request from a friend. I loved the look of the little guy so much, that I decided to make more, in different colors of course!

They will join my Etsy shop in 2015, for now, these particular birdies were shipped off to New York to be sold in an Amigurumi show for the holidays.
